Join Our Retail Team! There’s more to COOK than food: our shops actively serve their communities, thanks to the warmth, knowledge, and care of our Retail Team. We’re looking for remarkable people to join us, hosting customers in the shop as if they were at home.
The Role
- Offer exceptional service, prioritizing the customer at all times.
- Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions. Talk to customers about upcoming offers, products, and promotions.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and presentation, ensuring stock is replenished and rotated, and freezers are full.
- Operate the till efficiently and accurately.
- Understand shop paperwork and legal checks.
- Open and close the shop, including cashing up.
- Check deliveries, assist with stock taking, and place orders as needed.
- Always wear a smart apron and name badge.
