The Role
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring every ingredient meets our exacting standards of freshness and quality.
- Prepare each dish with care, maintaining precise portion control and consistency.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef, contributing to daily planning, problem‑solving, and service excellence.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness — because we believe a clean kitchen is a professional one.
- Collaborate across sections to deliver a smooth, efficient service in a busy, high‑volume kitchen built on trust and respect.
- Good to Have
- Previous experience as a chef.
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
- Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
