Each pudding must be made with care and dished to the same specification to maintain consistency.

Since 1997 we’ve been making remarkable frozen food for your freezer, prepared by hand at our kitchens in Kent (savoury) and Somerset (puddings) using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. It means our food looks and tastes homemade maybe even a bit better. We share 5% of our annual profits with staff.
About the Role
To be part of a team of chefs to create remarkable puddings, striving to be Britain’s best kitchen.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensuring all ingredients are of a high-quality standard before use.
- Ensuring portion control on each dish prepared.
- Help and report to the sous chef daily.
- Work hygienically.
- Work closely with other sections and your team in a high-volume kitchen.
Good to Have
- Full training given – no need to be a Chef but some experience in a kitchen would be great.
- Having worked in a previous role within the food industry where attention to detail was super important.
