Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
Pay rate: £27,476.80 per year (this includes paid breaks)
As Hygiene Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our team has the spotless equipment and hygienic environment they need to create remarkable food every day. Your standards, speed, and leadership will help keep the heart of our operation running smoothly – and our customers safe and satisfied. This isn’t just cleaning. It’s quality. It’s safety. The Role:
- Inspiring your team – coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger
- Championing standards – ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations
- Creating calm and confidence – maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work
- Taking ownership – managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently
- Improving the system – finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low
- Supporting cross-team success – working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action
- Documenting with care – keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail
