Overview
Cold Store Picker – Casuals
Location: Gillingham – Kent – COOK Logistic
Hours: Various shifts 5.30am – 2pm, 1.30pm – 22.00 and 21.30- 06.00
You will be given rota for 1 month ahead
Pay rate Home Delivery Day rate £12.60, Night £13.61
Pay rate Logistics Day rate £13.45 Night £14.67

The Role
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
- Use forklifts and other equipment safely to move products around the warehouse.
- Keep track of stock using our warehouse management systems.
- Support the smooth flow of goods in shipping and receiving.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Take part in ongoing training to support your development and safety.
Good to Have
- Experience in warehouse or materials handling is an advantage, but not essential – we’ll provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team.
- Ability to lift and move items safely.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
