Join Our Retail Team! At COOK, our shops are vital parts of the communities we serve, thanks to our warm, knowledgeable, and caring Retail Team. We are seeking remarkable individuals to host customers in our shop as if they were guests at home.
The Role
- Provide exceptional service, prioritizing the customer above all else.
- Assist customers with menu planning and catering advice for various occasions.
- Promote upcoming offers, products, and promotions.
- Maintain the shop\’s cleanliness, appearance, and stock rotation, ensuring freezers are stocked.
- Operate the till efficiently and accurately.
- Understand and manage shop paperwork and legal checks.
- Open and close the shop, including cashing up.
- Check deliveries, place orders, and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance with apron and name badge at all times.
