Brand Ambassador & Merchandiser – COOK Location South Oxfordshire , North Hants, South Bucks & Oxfordshire Salary £27,000–£30,000 + benefits Full-time | Hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm (some flexibility required) Join Our Team! As part of a regional team in a set geographical area, work strategically to improve and maintain brand and retail standards, and nourish relationships with our retailer partners to drive engagement and grow sales. Physically set up new Concessions and add Incremental Freezer space, includes installing POS & merchandising stock, to expand COOK’s reach. Help Us Bring COOK to More Communities We’re COOK – a certified B Corp that makes remarkable frozen meals by hand, using the same ingredients you’d use at home. As a Brand Ambassador & Merchandiser, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our presence in retail stores, helping us reach more people with food that’s made like you would at home. What You’ll Be Doing You\'ll be the friendly face of COOK across your region, responsible for setting up and supporting our concessions in farm shops, delis, garden centres and more. That means: Launching new COOK sites – installing freezers, point of sale, stock and signage to create eye-catching displays that reflect our brand Training store teams – from how to merchandise and manage stock to helping them tell the COOK story and drive sales Maintaining standards – regularly visiting stores to refresh displays, solve issues, and support ongoing engagement Building relationships – working closely with store teams and our internal regional team to grow COOK’s presence and performance Hosting tastings & events – occasionally helping bring our food to life for customers in-store When you\'re not on the road, you’ll have time for planning, admin, and joining team calls—usually working from home one day per week.
