Cook Recruitment Group is seeking a Finance Director to join the senior leadership team at an exciting scaling phase. You will work closely with the Owners and Directors, acting as a true commercial partner and leading the full finance function from strategy through to reporting.

You will manage a team of five plus outsourced support, shape forecasting and KPIs, and drive performance across pricing, margins and contracts. This is a hands-on role with clear pathway to CFO.
