Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to promote the Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will serve as the clinical expert within the Vascular team.
Reporting and Location
- Reports to: Division Regional Business Manager.
- Location: Ideally near Bristol, covering Southwest England and South Wales.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
- Provide clinical service to customers, including case planning, OR presence, daily contact, product roll-outs, and technology presentations.
- Train clinical customers and team members on device usage.
- Share market intelligence and feedback with division personnel.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
- Distribute and ensure understanding of product updates.
- Participate in exhibitions and meetings, providing relevant information.
- Submit reports to the Regional Business Manager.

- Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements.

- Build relationships with key accounts and physicians.
