Hygiene Manager at our Classic site. Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30, we are a 24/7 operation so will need some flexibility.
Your Role: As a Hygiene Manager, you will support, guide, and motivate your team, ensuring they have the understanding and capability to do their jobs safely and efficiently. You will lead the way with your focus on kitchen hygiene to support Safety and Food quality, while demonstrating and celebrating the Essential Ingredients that make our kitchens great places to work. You will contribute to shaping and delivering the annual plan for the kitchens as well as meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Responsibilities:
- To produce and distribute accurate weekly reports for the kitchens to the operational leaders and regular KPI reporting.
- Analyze the performance and suggest improvements.
- Look at the existing reports and processes and suggest how they can be improved.
- Assist in the period end processes and reporting as well as the annual budgeting process.
- Support the manufacturing team and produce additional analysis as and when required.
