The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: Bristol

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking Class 2 Registered Building Inspectors with commercial and domestic experience to service a portfolio of interesting residential and domestic projects in the Bristol region. These roles offer exciting opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, and work as part of a dynamic team of surveyors.

Requirements

  • Full or part qualified RICS or CABE
  • Duties will include plan checking domestic applications.
  • Undertaking local site inspections and working with local architects to provide a collaborative approach to delivering the Building Control service.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with domestic projects.
