An opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a Lawyer in the Residential Property Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload from start to post completion including freehold and leasehold sales & purchase, registered and unregistered land, equity release, buy-to-let, right to buy, lease extensions, newbuild, affordable/shared ownership housing and auctions.
- Create and develop new relationships with introducers.
- Manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants.
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ conveyancing experience managing a varied caseload.
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Location: Any Coodes office considered.
Hours: This is a full time position, 35 hours a week Monday to Friday; alternative arrangements may be considered.
