Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner
Coodes LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join our highly regarded Commercial Property team in the South West. This role offers a clear pathway to Partnership and involves acting for developers, investors, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and agricultural businesses.
What you will do
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Commercial leases and landlord/tenant work
Corporate support on transactional matters
Agricultural and rural land issues
Strategic property advice for long‑standing, loyal clients
Experience and Qualifications needed
Minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or 7 years fee‑earning
Experience managing your own desk and client relationships
Strong communication and commercial awareness

Hours
This is a full‑time position, 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. Flexibility and alternative working arrangements can be discussed.
