At Coodes, you will work alongside some of the region's most respected legal professionals, delivering outstanding service to clients across the South West.

Due to continued growth and the opportunities this presents, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a Client Services Co-Ordinator.

This role is integral to delivering an exceptional first impression of Coodes.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while supporting the wider business.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the front-of-house function for the St Austell office, providing a welcoming and professional client experience.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages using Microsoft Teams.
  • Support client enquiry triage and routing, ensuring clients reach the most appropriate team.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Central Support team during quieter periods.

Experience And Qualifications You Need

  • Previous experience in a reception, customer service, call handling or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full time position - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
