We're hiring a Senior SDR to start conversations with qualified operators and turn leads into booked calls for our VP Sales & Operations team.
Your role is not to hard-close prospects. Your role is to:
- start conversations
- build interest
- qualify fit
- get the right people onto calls
This is a high-output outbound prospecting role. It's not a script-reading role. You already have the confidence, persistence, business acumen, and ability to hold real conversations with executives. No pressure tactics. No slimy sales techniques. That's not us.

The COO Alliance is the world's leading peer network for Seconds-in-Command, founded by Cameron Herold, known for scaling 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from $2M to $106M as their COO. We work with COOs and second-in-command leaders inside $2M+ companies, helping them scale with better alignment, execution, and leadership. Our members' CEOs are often part of organizations like YPO, EO, Vistage, and other high-level entrepreneurial communities.
What You'll Do
- Engage prospects via phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
- Start conversations with CEOs, COOs, and high-level operators
- Book qualified calls and ensure prospects show up
- Follow up relentlessly with old leads and past opportunities
- Prospect into curated COO and CEO lists
- Qualify prospects before booking
- Book qualified calls for our VP Sales & Operations team to close
- Maintain CRM accuracy inside GoHighLevel
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
You'll ideally be engaging in 100+ new conversations daily.
Who You Are
- Proven SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs, COOs, and high-level operators
- Native or near-native English (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals
- Relentless with follow-up
- Performance-driven and accountable to numbers
- Experience with high-ticket offers ($3k–$10k+)
- Strong CRM (GoHighLevel or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills
Compensation
This is a FULL-TIME outbound sales role with a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
- Base Salary: $24,000/year base salary ($2,000/month)
- Commission Structure:
- $100 per qualified call that shows up
- $300 per closed deal sourced by you
