The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.

We are looking for an experienced Installations Manager/Surveyor who has a good knowledge of the Window Industry. This person needs to be capable of overseeing their Fitting teams work, overcoming installation issues and have a calm and capable approach when dealing with our Customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Daily contact with Fitting teams, to ensure they have all necessary requirements on site.
  • Check Fitters work and assist with any queries they may have during the installation phase.
  • Discussions with all staff and suppliers to be aware of what the jobs entail.
  • Contact with Clients before and during the installation process, acting as the main contact once the job is sold.
  • Regular communication with General Manager to be aware of what jobs are in progress.
  • Experience in window fitting, to be able to check our fitters work on site.
  • Good trouble shooting skills.
  • Capable of dealing with clients face to face.
  • Experience of all aspects of windows, doors and conservatories.
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone, email, and face to face.
  • A methodical and thorough approach to work with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
  • An ability to prioritise work load and stay calm under pressure.
  • A great team player with a desire to show initiative.
  • Be assertive, honest and reliable.
  • Industry related experience and knowledge of building regulations.
  • Valid full UK driving license.
  • Minimum Technical Competence (MTC), or a relevant NVQ Level 3 in Fenestration Surveying.
  • Surveyors must have detailed knowledge of building regulations, structural support, accurate measurement, and risk assessment.
