Job Overview: Conwy Telecare Service supports a range of individuals to stay safe and independent by providing technology within the home, such as personal alarm systems or sensors. Based within the Information, Advice & Assistance Section, you will be the first point of contact for a team that manages a fast‑paced workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from customers, referrers and third‑party organisations.
- Processing referrals.
- Raising and cancelling invoices.
- Signposting to relevant information sources, services or organisations.
Qualifications / Experience: An understanding of social care can be learned “on the job” if you have no previous experience.
Language Requirements: The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. We are committed to our Welsh language and are proud of our Welsh culture. Applications in both Welsh and English will be treated equally. We offer free Welsh language classes at all levels, available face‑to‑face and online.
