We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised person to join our Parking Services Team. You will be helping us manage parking across the County by dealing with penalty charge notices, appeals, permits and general enquiries.

You’ll need good attention to detail and the confidence to make fair decisions. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in parking before, full training will be given.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and processing parking appeals and penalty charge notices
  • Communicating clearly with customers in writing and by phone

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Good attention to detail and confidence with IT systems
