Required for June 2026: 4 x TEMPORARY TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 2 (Fixed term contract until 31/08/2027). The Governing Body invites applications for the above post. The successful applicant will support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. They will be positive, energetic, flexible and most importantly, child focussed in their approach to supporting our pupils.
The school offers a wide range of school based training and professional development packages and qualifications to the successful applicant. Experience of working with pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs is desirable. The ability to communicate and work through the medium of Welsh is desirable.
Due to the nature of the post, the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. It is a requirement that the successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure our high standards of education and care are met to the specific needs of our learners.
