Depots: Mochdre / Llandudno / Llanrwst
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and physically fit LGV Driver / Loader for recycling and refuse collections. The willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential. Hours of work will be 37 hours per week, with mandatory bank holiday working and up to 3 Saturday Christmas catch up collections.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate LGV waste collection vehicles on assigned routes
- Supervise and support loaders in the safe and effective collection of recycling and refuse
- Complete vehicle safety checks and report any defects
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and road regulations
About you
- Full valid LGV Category C licence is essential
- Current Driver CPC qualification
- Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to assist loaders when required
- Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
