Conwy County Borough Council is launching Connect to Work, a new programme supporting people with health conditions and other barriers to move into sustainable, meaningful employment. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and outcomes-focused Employment Specialist to join our team at the start of this exciting programme.

Responsibilities
- Believe employment is central to health and wellbeing

Qualifications
- IPS experience is desirable but not essential – full training and professional development will be provided.
