Requirements:

- Assist with customer bookings.

- Previous busy office experience is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Work is based on a seven-day rota.
You will work closely with the Contact Centre Supervisor and colleagues across Ffit Conwy to establish an exceptional customer service experience.
Bilingual Details:
- Welsh Language Skills: Speaking Welsh is essential, reading and writing desirable.
