Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make a meaningful impact in our Education HR team? You will be contributing to the delivery of the HR function across all areas of the Education service, including schools. We will also support you fully by putting you through the required HR qualification, helping you grow and progress in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing contracts of employment, providing comprehensive recruitment services, and ensuring all necessary pre-employment checks are completed.
- Addressing HR and pay queries.
- Processing monthly supply claim forms.
- Monitoring sickness absence information.
Conversational Welsh language abilities are desirable for this role, as they help us provide a more accessible and inclusive service.
