Venue Cymru is the region’s busiest Entertainment and Conference Centre. The venue comprises a 1500 seat auditorium, an Arena that can accommodate 2500 standing combined with prestigious Conference and Exhibition facilities. We are now recruiting for Casual Food & Beverage Supervisors to help deliver amazing experiences for our audiences and keep everything running smoothly on show nights.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead and motivate the Food and Beverage assistants to deliver the food and beverage events throughout the building.
- Ensure the customer journey is to the highest standards.
- Maintain smooth operation during evening, weekend and bank holiday work.
Qualifications:
- Confident, friendly and an excellent communicator.
- Experience in customer service or events.
- Can stay calm under pressure and ensure the audience walk away feeling valued and eager to return.

- Enhanced rates of pay for evening, bank holiday and weekend work.
