Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay. Lleoliad gwaith: Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn. We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced manager to join our Housing team. This position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about delivering high quality, customer focused services and driving positive outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities
- As an Accommodation Team Leader you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day management and delivery of our temporary accommodation.
- You will lead a dedicated team, manage complex cases and ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies.

Qualifications / Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of housing legislation, policy and best practice.
