Location: Kilwee Nursing Home, 42F Cloona Park, Dunmurry

We have a vacancy for a dedicated Maintenance Person to immediately join our existing maintenance team at Kilwee Care Home, Dunmurry. The successful person will be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of the home, weekly H&S checks and general DIY around the building. Having a trade skill such as joinery, plumbing or electrical is a preference. Extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential. Must enjoy decorating and day‑to‑day maintenance of buildings. Must have own transport and tools.
