About the Role
The Staff Nurse will deliver high‑quality nursing care with compassion and sincerity, ensuring resident choice, dignity, and individuality are respected.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all residents.
- Continuously assess, implement, and evaluate care needs.
- Take responsibility for the running of your unit or floor.
- Appropriately lead and delegate care staff within your team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
- Communicate effectively with the team and the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- 1st Level Nurse Registered with the NMC (RGN / RMN).
- Fluent level of English.
- Availability for shifts as detailed above.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
