Position: Head Cook

Responsibilities

As Head Cook you will:

• Take full responsibility for the running of the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Provide a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day.
• Prepare evening suppers.
• Own any issues that arise on the day and manage accordingly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Equivalent, preferably Level 3.
• Food Hygiene Level 2.

Desired Criteria

Experience in a care home kitchen and strong organisational skills are desirable.

Contract Type: Fulltime
Salary: £14.50 Hourly
