About The Role

  • As a care assistant, you will work with our elderly residents to help them live their lives to the full.
  • Support the clinical nursing team to provide the highest quality, person‑centred care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
  • Support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security.
  • Care will be carried out under the supervision / direction of a registered Nurse.
