About the Role
Lead a highly skilled and compassionate team at a newly established, state‑of‑the‑art care facility for individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, complex needs, and dementia. Implement innovative care strategies and create a welcoming, nurturing environment promoting dignity, holistic well‑being, and independence.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational management of the nursing home, including budget and resource management
- Provide clinical expertise and sound knowledge of best practices in mental health care
- Lead, motivate and develop staff teams to provide high standards of person‑centred care
- Engage with staff and promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure RQIA compliance and display excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards
- Mentor staff to drive continuous improvement and high‑quality patient‑centred care
Qualifications
- Management experience in a mental health / learning disability / complex needs setting
- For candidates with limited managerial experience, enthusiasm, passion, and a desire to develop and progress their career will be considered
