What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, typically handling around 50 files , ensuring every transaction progresses efficiently and compliantly.
Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to post-completion.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties throughout the conveyancing process.
