Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to use your expertise to support and develop others, without managing your own caseload?
At Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a Conveyancer to provide technical guidance, coaching and quality assurance to a team of Property Lawyers, helping maintain high standards of compliance, risk management and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coach, mentor and support Property Lawyers.
- Review residential conveyancing matters, including new build transactions.
- Conduct file audits to ensure compliance and manage risk.
- Provide technical guidance on complex cases.
- Support operational improvements and team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent coaching and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Legal qualifications (LPC, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX or Law Degree) are advantageous.
