Senior Recruitment Manager - Conveyancing, Surveying

What you’ll do as an Associate Property Lawyer:

  • Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, registration, and closure.
  • Take client instructions, maintain accurate file notes, and communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
  • Draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
  • Conduct pre-completion, Land Registry, and conveyancing searches with precision and efficiency, ensuring all documents and funds are ready for exchange and completion.
  • Handle post-completion work including applications to the Land Registry, SDLT submissions, file closures, and ledger checks.

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent Law graduate or someone with experience in the property sector (essential).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office is preferred but not essential.
  • Full support and training to develop your skills as a Property Lawyer, with opportunities to become CLC Qualified.
  • Day to day guidance and mentorship from an experienced Conveyancer to support your growth and confidence.
  • Collaborative ‘pod’ working within teams, fostering a supportive, friendly environment where you can learn, excel, and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Opportunity to work alongside Associates, Senior Property Lawyers and your Team Manager, actively contributing to the team’s success.
