Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Conveyancer with experience of handling their own caseload to join us in a role that offers flexibility, autonomy and progression.
Role Overview: You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but values the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work within a team and a desire to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Manage probate-related conveyancing matters, including sales of estate properties.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
