Location: Lymington/Lyndhurst, Hampshire
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post‑completion. Handle a broad mix of work: freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy/Right to Buy, lease extensions and enfranchisement, transfers of equity, remortgages, and related deeds. Conduct due diligence, draft and review legal documents, and ensure all matters are legally compliant and accurately reflect client instructions. Oversee exchange, completion, financial processes, SDLT and Land Registry submissions. Maintain proactive communication with clients and third parties (estate agents, lenders, brokers, surveyors, local authorities). Ensure compliance with legislation, SRA rules, and internal risk/quality procedures; keep CPD up to date. Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to business development. Supervise and support junior team members.
