TMT have a strong reputation for being market leaders in legal services and our growth has created opportunities for talented individuals to join our team. We are seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our busy and growing team in Chandler’s Ford.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in residential property law, demonstrating excellent technical ability, strong client relationships, and a solid understanding of current market trends. A following is advantageous, as is a flexible and collaborative approach to work.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload efficiently, including complex or high-value transactions, while maintaining accuracy, pace and exceptional service standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, consistently delivering a responsive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Our Conveyancers are highly IT‑proficient and confident using modern case management systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential, along with the readiness to learn new in-house systems and processes (full training provided).
In addition to handling technical matters, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the department by sharing expertise, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting the team’s strategic growth. You will be known for your reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining excellent working relationships with Clients, Business Partners, and colleagues.
