  • Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and electronic ID checks, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, keeping all necessary parties informed at every stage.
  • Conducting searches (e.g. OS2 and Bankruptcy checks) and ensuring all remain valid throughout the transaction.
  • Preparing completion statements and managing all aspects of the completion process, including setting up files and handling related sale matters where applicable.
  • Establish and maintain relations with introducers to maintain strong relationships and uphold our Company’s excellent reputation.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and fun working culture.
  • Support with any other duties necessary with the level of responsibility of this role as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fully CLC or SRA qualified with 2-5 years PQE experience.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent client service.
  • A genuine desire to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience within New Build and Shared Ownership as a Conveyancer or a high-level Paralegal that is ready to take the next step.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple matters while keeping clients informed and reassured.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of compliance and integrity.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
  • Familiarity with systems like Hoowla, LEAP or Proclaim (desirable).

  • Personal Development Plan tailored for your development.
  • Supportive Culture: A friendly, family-like atmosphere with a focus on employee well-being and career development.
