We are looking for a high-performing Business Development professional to generate new business by promoting and selling residential conveyancing services. You will build strong relationships with introducers and partners, identify new opportunities, and consistently convert leads into instructions.
On a daily basis this will involve:
- Developing and delivering a sales/business development plan to generate new conveyancing instructions.
- Identifying, approaching and winning new introducers (e.g., estate agents, mortgage/finance brokers and other referral partners).
- Managing and growing existing partner relationships to increase instruction volumes and retention.
- Presenting our Convey business clearly, tailoring solutions to partner needs and demonstrating value.
- Tracking and reporting pipeline activity, conversions and performance against targets.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and excellent partner service.
- Monitoring market activity and competitor propositions to spot opportunities and strengthen the offering.

Essential Skills
- Proven, demonstrable success in sales/business development (B2B), including lead generation and closing.
- Recent sales experience and contacts in the residential conveyancing industry would be desirable.
- Established network of contacts within estate agency, broker or introducer channels would be desirable.
- Understanding of the conveyancing process, referral models and compliance considerations would be desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute, target-driven and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, credible and confident representing the brand externally.
- Willingness to travel throughout the country as required to meet potential clients and referral partners.
