The Underwriting Management team serves as the strategic heartbeat and coordinating engine across our underwriting operations, driving key business priorities, operational consistency, and governance standards.
This role is best understood as a Strategic Assistant. Designed as a high‑visibility, cross‑functional division, executive leadership, and central partner functions (including Operations, Finance, Risk, Human Resources, Data, and Marketing).
As a Strategic Assistant, you will partner closely with leaders across Convex to provide proactive operational coordination, project delivery support, and stakeholder communication. You will act as a key connector across initiatives, helping translate strategic underwriting visions into smooth day-to-day execution.
