This is an exciting opportunity to really make an impact and contribute to an innovative People agenda for Convex. You will play an active role in helping Convex continue to be seen as employer of choice.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will take ownership of some of the critical Reward processes for the organisation and contribute to the design, development and implementation of our broader Reward strategy as the business continues to evolve, grow and mature. Moreover, you will assume responsibility for the People analytics agenda on behalf of the team.

Key Responsibilities- Leading the compensation cycle in close collaboration with the Head of Reward.
- Taking ownership for benchmarking initiatives, working with a third party to establish and manage the process.
- Developing robust relationships with Finance; managing the bonus accrual process and providing the relevant People data as it relates to annual business planning.
- Owning and facilitating the annual gender pay reporting requirements and submission on behalf of Convex, as well as running our own internal, annual pay equity review.
- Assisting the Head of Reward with preparation for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee papers.
- Taking ownership of the design and evolution of our graduate and school leaver pay programme.
- Ensuring Compliance with Solvency II remuneration regulation and administering annual communications process to in-scope Convexians.
- Supporting the Head of Reward with development and ongoing administration of current and future LTI plans.
- Providing support and input into internal people analytics reporting, reward data, regulatory reporting and HR Operational activity.
- Creating a suite of reports from Oracle to support annual and monthly business planning activities ensuring the data is structured and presented in a user friendly format, giving stakeholders a great experience.
- Working closely with our outsourced HR Operations function to ensure flawless HR execution and providing key reports and data to the Convex HR team.
- Assisting with research into best practice of data analytics within the People space.
- Supporting to develop a creative people analytics approach, continually looking at ways to improve our data quality, integrate and automate.
- Collaborating closely with outsourced resource in Bratislava, reviewing and ensuring a high-quality output.
- Several years of experience within a Reward or Compensation role within an international corporate environment. (Re)insurance experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with HR technology applications such as Oracle.
- Demonstrable ability of using tools to present data, insights, dashboards, where experience with MS Excel and Power BI would be valued.
- Practical knowledge of Solvency II or comparable remuneration regulations.
- Outcome driven, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure despite obstacles or opposition, taking ownership and accountability for results.
- Well-rounded communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to foster relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Exceptional levels of integrity.
- Highly organised, with an ability to juggle a great variety of responsibilities and willingness to get stuck in and help deliver, even if that means you may go outside of your remit at times.
