Join to apply for the Analytics Analyst role at Convex Insurance
Location: London, UK
Compensation: ÂŁ35,000 / year
Application Deadline: 6 January 2026
Department: Graduate & School Leaver Programme
Description
The Analytics function creates competitive advantage through industryâleading decision making enabled by comprehensive data and crossâfunctional analytics. Convex is looking to hire an inquisitive, dynamic graduate who will rotate through a selection of the 9 different teams within Analytics, mastering the fundamentals across multiple disciplines. During your first two years, you would most likely rotate across 2â4 of the 9 core Analytics teams as your âhomeâteamâ, though you will also work on multidisciplinary projects that touch all Analytics functions. While some of your homeâteams will be predetermined, a key benefit of this programme is its flexibility, as your subsequent placements will be driven by your particular skillset, interests, and connections formed during the programme. Your development could focus on anything from actuarial and statistical techniques for analysing stochastic model output, negotiations and commercial acumen at the coalface of reinsurance purchasing, or data science and experimentation with new technologies in our Innovation team (âŚand much more in between, see below!). We offer full support should you choose to take a relevant qualification route, such as Actuarial exams or CII. This role is ideally suited for a graduate with a high numerical aptitude who thrives on complex problemâsolving, embraces change, and is ready to build a worldâclass analytical foundation for a longâterm career in the industry.
