We are looking for permanent employees or CIS contractors for ongoing private works in Trafford, Manchester. This is on a full-time basis, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. We have work booked into 2027 which includes extensions, garage conversions, and a new build.
CALLING ALL QUALITY TRADESMEN
We are looking for an experienced general builder / multi-trade operative to join our high-performing construction team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative on site. You will work on a variety of residential projects—from structural alterations and extensions to internal fit-outs and refurbishments.
Candidates should have a rounded knowledge of the following trades:
- General Building
- Carpentry
- Plaster boarding
- Basic Plumbing & Electrics
- Tiling
- Roofing
- Gardening & Landscaping
- Bathroom Fitting
- Kitchen Fitting
Earnings of more than £40-£50k is possible if you have the following attributes:
- At least 3 years building experience
- Someone who likes to get stuck in all aspects of building; you are bored stood around.
- A good attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work well in a team environment and/or unsupervised
- Physical fitness, as practical work is involved.
- Must have a full valid and clean driving license.
- Own van would be beneficial but not required.
