The Opportunity
Most "SDR" roles are essentially digital assembly line work: high volume, low thought, and even lower autonomy. At Converted, we’re doing something different. We build and operate the GTM (Go-To-Market) engines for some of the most exciting enterprise software companies across the UK, US, and Australia. We’re profitable, growing fast, and we’ve moved past the "traditional" sales model. Our edge is a "human-in-the-loop" approach which combines sophisticated AI-driven tech stacks with high-level human strategy. We need an Associate GTM Engineer to help us run these engines. This isn't just about making calls, it’s about mastering the technical and psychological art of modern growth.
The Role
- You’ll be working at the intersection of sales, tech ops, and marketing. One hour you’re testing a new data enrichment workflow, the next, you’re on the phone with a C-suite executive at a global SaaS firm.
- Build: You’ll help refine the GTM stacks we implement for clients. This involves tinkering with AI personalization tools, automating workflows, and ensuring our data is laser-accurate.
- Outreach: You’ll execute outbound campaigns that actually get responses. We don’t do "spray and pray." You’ll write and deliver hyper-targeted narratives that cut through the noise.
- Strategy: You’ll analyze why certain campaigns are winning and others aren't. You’re expected to have an opinion on the data and the autonomy to pivot when things aren't working.
Who You Are
- Unfazed: You’re comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers. You don’t get rattled by a "no," and you’re resilient enough to hunt for the "yes."
- Technical Leanings: You don't need to be a coder, but you should be the type of person who loves finding a more efficient way to do a task using a new tool or shortcut.
- Writer at Heart: You can write a concise, compelling argument without relying on corporate clichés.
- Ambitious: This is a ground-floor role. We want someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the inside out and eventually lead a team or a function.
The Upside
Direct Mentorship: You’ll work side-by-side with the founders. You’ll see every part of the business.
