The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 £ per year.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer to support the asset care team. The role is field-based, working on several client sites predominantly in the food & beverage industry, focusing on RCM Studies, condition monitoring reports, critical assessments, and root cause analysis assessments. This is a customer-facing role; therefore, you will need to be a confident engineer with the ability to guide clients and manage their expectations. The role covers the majority of the UK, with the head office based in Lincolnshire. You will be required to conduct some overnight stays as part of your normal working week.

The role as a Reliability Engineer:

  • Work to our Safe Systems of Work
  • Generate PM tasks for production assets using RCM methodology
  • Conduct FMEA
  • Carry out RCA on failures
  • Conduct criticality assessments
  • Conduct Condition Monitoring (if required, training can be provided)
  • Participate in our FOCUS Assessments
  • Utilize the equipment issued to you for the safe execution of your work.

As a client-facing role, possess necessary communication and skill sets to:

  • Co-ordinate, structure, and execute a R100 Reliability Process
  • Have an understanding and conduct Condition Monitoring
  • Facilitate FOCUS Assessments
  • Understand Root Cause Analysis
  • Have working knowledge of Predictive Maintenance Technology, Equipment Criticality, and Failure Modes

Skills and Qualifications needed to perform this Reliability Engineer's Role:

  • Electrically or mechanically qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent; ideally apprentice-trained, however, we will consider qualifications & time served.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel (formulae, v look up, etc.)
  • Hold a valid, clean UK driving license
  • HNC/HND would be a distinct advantage
  • CAT1 VA, IR, or Acoustics is desirable but not essential.
  • A demonstrated history of working as part of a reliability team looking at RCA assessments.
  • Process-driven with the ability to prioritize workloads is essential.

The package on offer for this Reliability Engineer's Role:

  • Basic salary of £45,000 - £48,000
  • 40-hour week, flexible
  • Travel time is accommodated within the normal working week
  • Overtime at 1.5x
  • Pension, Holiday
  • Expenses covered.
