Due to over £6 million worth of investment into this plastics manufacturing business, we are looking for three maintenance engineers to enhance the current team and embed a continuous‐improvement culture within a reactive maintenance operation. Over the next 12 months, new equipment and refurbishment projects will provide opportunities for involvement. A Suez 5 days on/5 days off shift pattern offers a great work‐life balance.
Responsibilities
- Day‐to‐day maintenance of machinery and facilities.
- Ensure plant is maintained for safe, efficient, and timely operation.
- Assist with installation and implementation of projects.
- Team player within engineering department and help meet agreed objectives.
- Support compliance of safety, health, environmental and quality policies.
- Promote strong health‐and‐safety awareness culture.
- Follow risk assessments and permit requirements.
- Maintain site housekeeping to required standard.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recognised engineering qualification, minimum level 3.
- Multi‐skilled with strong electrical skills.
- Experience maintaining manufacturing machinery.

- Suez shift pattern (12 hours, mix of days and nights) – works only 6 months a year.
