Converse Western Europe is seeking a Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail Marketing JD group to join the Integrated Retail Marketplace team in London (UK).

As Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail Marketing, you will bridge Brand and business, working across key wholesale accounts to create elevated, innovative experiences for creators across channels and platforms.
This role involves collaboration with stakeholders in the territory and across Western Europe, and is directly account-facing. You will be part of the Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Converse Integrated Retail Marketing Director. Your goal is to generate demand through cultural programs, foster positive engagement, and drive business growth among Converse consumers within the JD group ecosystem.
WHAT\’S TRULY EXCITING ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
Lead and execute projects at the intersection of Sport, Fashion, and Music, building end-to-end journeys for product stories, seasonal moments, and brand activations involving musicians, athletes, community, and talent.
This position is based in London (UK) and reports to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director WE in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at JD group.
- Partner with the IRM Director to develop and execute Converse’s strategic plan, aligning brand and commercial objectives.
- Ensure campaign excellence, uphold brand guidelines, and collaborate with creative agencies.
- Create elevated product and brand journeys tailored to creators’ needs.
- Enhance omnichannel consumer experiences, focusing on key trade zones and digital channels.
- Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, Influencer, and Communications teams for consistent omnichannel execution.
- Establish KPIs, optimize campaigns during and after execution.
- Build strong relationships with the JD team based on trust and collaboration.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring timely invoicing and sharing updates with the Retail Brand Ops coordinator.

- Deep understanding of youth culture in UK and Europe.
- Experience in retail, digital, or brand marketing/communications.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns across digital and wholesale platforms.
- Passion for youth culture, with examples of engaging 16–34-year-olds.
- Experience sourcing and managing agency relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
