Who You’ll Work With
In this role you will report to a Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate. You will work very closely with the Integrated Account Team and more specifically with the Business Planning, Retail Marketing and Marketplace Operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong account management experience and knowledge of the UK fashion landscape.
Required Skills And Experiences
- You bring a solid multi-year Commercial experience and proven efficiency in Partner Management.
- Proven track record of managing external account relationships with the buying and merchandising teams.
- Strong strategic capabilities.
- Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics and good negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills – ease in presenting to large groups, written and PowerPoint.
- Process and operational capability.
- Strong knowledge of the Converse & Sneaker business and products.
- Strong Team dynamic – across multiple functions.
- Ability to analyze retailer sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly.
- Critical thinking and challenges the status quo.
What You’ll Work On
- Account Management: Work with the Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate to effectively execute the strategic account plan. Accountable for all elements of account management including futures, at once and closeout sales, in line with budgets and specific order capture deadlines. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including the Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate and Business Planning Manager. Consistently developing market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize Converse product placement and sales within the account. Effective implementation of seasonal brand communication initiatives, in line with strategic account direction.
- Planning: Work with Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with account. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
- Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business. Communicate daily with MPO contacts and Integrated Account Team ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.
- Results: Accountable for the execution and coordination of the day to day running of the account, ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met in a timely and consistent manner.
