Converse Mobile is looking for a talented Account Manager to join us !

At the forefront of managing relationships with Aggregators, ideally you would have at least 2 years of experience in A2P sales, fluent in English and help maintain as well as expand our customer base and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities will include :

• Manage and develop relationships with allocated accounts.

• Identify opportunities to grow business and revenue.

• Collaborate with partners to ensure satisfaction and success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.

• Monitor account performance and meet revenue targets

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and remotely is key.
