- Workday Total Rewards System Expertise
- Lead global total rewards automation and enhancement initiatives in Workday, with a strong working knowledge of the Compensation Advanced Module.
- Act as the bridge between Total Rewards and HRIS – able to translate business requirements into system logic.
- Drive improvements in how compensation processes are executed globally through Workday, ensuring data integrity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Overall Total Rewards Strategy & Program Design
- Understand market conditions and best practices, applying them to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement creative, proactive solutions across base pay, variable pay, recognition, and benefits.
- Develop communication materials and lead training related to compensation programs as needed.
- Serve as the Compensation Lead for certain global functions and large-scale projects across the organization.
- Proactively monitor legislation, market trends, and technology advancements to recommend and execute improvements.
Your Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards or HR / HRIS (with strong focus on compensation and program design).
- Deep working knowledge of Workday Compensation Advanced Module.
- Strong overall Total Rewards foundation, including compensation philosophy, market survey management, job evaluation, and program analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach People Solution teams on compensation-related topics.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong customer service disposition and professionalism.
Preferred but not required:
- Master’s Degree.
- Global compensation experience across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience with large-scale HRIS transformation or Workday enhancement projects.
