The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for assisting with the management of all the HR operations and strategies within a company. The HR Business Partner handles the day-to-day operations of the HR department and interaction with the company’s employees. The HR Business Partner assists with the administration of the HR policies, processes and programs. The HR Business Partner has responsibilities in the following functional areas:

  • Departmental development
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Employee relationships
  • Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Organizational development
  • Customer services

Responsibilities include:

  • Give orientation to all new employees.
  • Execute Talent Retention program.
  • Perform Round Tables and other HR routines with staff and leaders.
  • Administrate Suggestion Boxes and give an assertive answer to employee’s suggestions.
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Administrate HR tasks.
  • Coordinate Labor Satisfaction Program & Labor Law related routines.
  • Executive ER Annual Calendar.
  • Run exit polls and keep track of inactive employees.
  • Provide customer service that includes helping employees with doubts, complaints, problems and general questions via email or direct interaction with them, helping solve conflicts between employees.
  • Support and assist HR management in any process, project or activity.
  • Support HR management with policies and procedures of HR department.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with emphasis in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years HR experience.
  • Knowledge: 85% of English Level.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer service orientation; outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively; excellent judgment, maturity, and trustworthiness; independent project management.
